Our lives, my kids' baby book pages and my soap box! I am a SAHWM, jewelry designer and volunteer. We moved from West Des Moines, Iowa to Lake James, in Morganton, North Carolina after we came here on holiday. The lake and the views of the beautiful Appalachian mountains are truly breathtaking. Learned over the past 3 years that there are 2 distinct groups of people here, the "insiders" and the "outsiders" and then there are socio-economic classes within those distinctions. Still trying to figure it all out, "it's complicated". Why can't we all just get along?
